15 towel passes (in and out is one rep) 
10 weighted side plank rotations 
3 rds

1- 10 db/kB snatches 
2- 40 jumping jacks 
3- 10 db/kB snatches 
4- 20 BSU 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
