Perform 80 Russian twists and then 
Accumulate 10 min of plank (elbow) 
Every time you break perform 
10 pistols or reverse goblet lunges 
15 push ups 
All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
