HOME WOD:

50-40-30-20-10 
Squats jacks 
no push up burpees 
Into 
10-20-30-40-50 
Straight leg sit ups 
Perform 1 min plank after each round 
Into 
50 odd object lunges 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
