WOD:

60 UB double unders 

30 UB wall balls 20/14

15 ghd sit ups 

80 UB double unders

40 UB wall balls 

20 ghd sit ups 

 

Breaking double unders must start from beginning 

Breaking wall balls must do 7 burpees
