15 wall balls 

15 front rack weighted lunges 95/65# 

6 rds 

( alternante the rounds 1 and 5 push ups, 2 and 4 ring dips, 3 and 6 push press) 

 

ACCESSORY:

12 bicep curls 

12 triceps extensions 

20 sit ups
