10 Cossack squats 

7 rounds to build up in weight on the lunges Cossacks not weighted 

 

WOD:

10/7 cal bike 

10 wall balls 20/14

10/7 cal ski

10 wall balls 

6 rds 

Then 7 min to build to a “heavy” squat clean
