16 lunges kB/db complex (8/8)
20 one leg elevated hip thrusts 
3 rds 

20 split stance RDL (10/10)
30 speed lunges switches (15/15))
3 rds 

Conditioning 
27-21-18-15-12-9-6-3
UB thruster/wall balls 

Accessory 
3x20 bent over row 

 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
