50 Mountain climbers 
100 Dubs 
50 Air squats 
100 jumping jacks 
50 Grasshoppers 
100 dubs 
50 Reverse lunges 
2 rds 

Accessory 
50-75 UB kB swings 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
