HOME WOD: “Legs gone bad” Vol. 1 1 min max quarter squat jumps 1 min max jumping lunges 1 min max air squats 1 min max reverse lunges 1 min rest 3 rds Accessory 4x10-12 bicep curls ( this can be with barbell, dumbbells, any weight that we can curl) All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
