30-20-10 Push ups Lateral jumping air squats over object Rest as needed 30-20-10 No push ups burpees/ down and up Side lunges Rest as needed and then go for a 20-25 min run/bike/row/swim All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
