On a running clock

6 single arm devil press db/kB/light object 
12 BSU
4 rds 
@15:00-30:00
Into 15 min amrap 
30 dubs
20 lunges 
10 tuck sit ups 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable
