HOME WOD: 12 days of quarantine
You know how it goes
1, 2-1,3-2-1,.....
1- burpees
2- jackknifes
3- jumping air squats
4- alternating toe touch/ start fish sit up
5- push ups
6- jumping lunges
7- dips/ chair dips
8- mountain climbers
9- reverse sit ups/ leg raises
10- lateral lunges
11- hollow rocks
12- jumping jacks
All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
