Deadlift 7,7,5,5,3,3,build to a comfortable “easy” triple for the day 
Conditioning 
Tabata push ups 
Immediately 
Tabata pull ups 



HOME WOD:
20 side lunges (right leg) 
20 side lunges (left leg) 
20 regular lunges (RL)
20 regular lunges (LL) 
40 hip thrusters/glute bridges 
20 jackknives
40 total flutter kicks 
40 total mountain climbers 
3 rds 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
