Russian kB swings 70/55#

(If finish before 10mi then stop) 


HOME WOD:
50-40-30-20-10 
Chair dips 
V-ups 
Jumping lunges 

All the workouts can be performed with no weights or with a kB, medball, dumbbell or a gallon of water or a backpack or anything you feel comfortable.
