Swod 
Weightlifting conditioning 

30 min amrap 
400 run 
10 UB deadlift 225/135
2 rope climbs, 5 MU, 10 strict pull ups, 15 pull ups ( pick any and stick to it) 

Rest 1 min after each round 

*if break the DL perform 5 burpees over bar
